Welcome to Clue Imposter. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clue Imposter mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended for a general audience and is suitable for family play. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you have the right and capacity to enter into these Terms.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

The App may allow you to create custom word lists, player groups, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You are solely responsible for it and agree not to create content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to its terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or the app store's policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, artwork, text, and word content, is owned by Clue Imposter and protected by intellectual property laws. Clue Imposter is an original game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other board game or brand.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clue Imposter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you will end.
